Linea Launches Agentic AI Advisory Services for Multifamily and PropTech

Multifamily has been discussing AI adoption for 2 years, and most of that conversation is misguided.

The frameworks most operators use to make AI decisions were built for a previous era of technology, one where deploying something new meant selecting a tool and fitting it into an existing workflow. Agentic AI requires organizations to rethink the workflow entirely. Today, Linea is formally launching its agentic AI advisory practice for multifamily operators and PropTech companies.

And PropTech companies building or internalizing AI-driven solutions that must integrate into complex operating environments, where the gap between what the technology can do and what operators will actually adopt is wider than most expect.
