Before founding Linea, she spent years as a COO and senior executive in PropTech and multifamily, leading large-scale transformations and scaling teams.

Today, she partners with fast-growing companies whose systems can't keep up. Her work lives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology — where growth tends to get messy.

More recently, her work has expanded to include how AI is applied inside organizations and how it changes the way work gets done. This includes training through the Harvard Data Science Initiative in agentic AI, along with ongoing study in AI strategy, governance, and system design.

Joanna doesn’t just provide advice and walk away. She embeds, diagnoses, and rebuilds. She finds what’s stuck, designs what works, and makes sure change actually lasts.
